1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. You can cancel your subscription from the Billing section of your account settings.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Items

After the initial 14-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods or unused services.
